Easy Returns
We make returns easy, simply return your order within 90 days.
We'll refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. A 10% restocking fee is applied to all returns.
Please circle the item you wish to return on a copy of your original packing slip or email confirmation.
Please write a reason for return.
Please provide a telephone number in case we have questions.
Items which are marked "Special Order" or "Final Sale" or “Closeout” are non-returnable .
All cut fabric and yard goods are non-returnable.
All Furniture, Beds and Lighting Fixtures are subject to a 25% restocking fee & must be returned in their original packaging.
All items must be returned in there original packaging including; documentation, warranty cards, manuals, all accessories, and security seal, shrink wrap for sheets, shower curtains, and toilet seats.
We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled.
All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.
Items warranteed by the manufacturer must be returned or exchanged to the manufacturer.
Do not return any orders to the vendor or manufacturer. Any returned order sent to another location will be subject to an additional fee.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you believe a product was shipped in error from Bedbathstore.com, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, contact us at CustomerService@bedbathstore.com within 24 hours, or via phone number.
If Shipped via Truck Freight or White Glove
Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-box many items, and refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please notify us. If your order is shipping by Truck Freight, or White Glove, please note the important instructions below.
Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery. This is VERY important.
If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you refuse delivery, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment.
If you have already accepted the package and find that parts are missing or damaged, please contact us right away and we will ship you the replacement parts free of charge. Speed matters since most carriers only let us file freight claims within 48 hours of delivery. If we cannot replace the parts, we will have the carrier pick up the package and we will send you a replacement. All returned products should be in the original packaging.
Refused Shipments
Orders come from many different locations and a return authorization must be issued for every return. Our authorization form will detail where to return your merchandise. Items that are returned to the incorrect location will be refused.
Exchanges
To exchange a product you have purchased at bedbathstore.com, please return the item you received, following the directions above, and place a new order for the item you would like.
Because products have limited availability and can sell out at any time, we recommend that you place your new order as soon as possible.
When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your valid return has been received at Bedbathstore.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 14 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Bedbathstore.com.
